My name is Gabrielle and I, like many women have a problem - I am overcommitted and live in fear that all the balls I have in the air (kid, work/career, husband, friends, family, community/volunteering, pets, health/wellness, house. . . ) will all come tumbling down in a terrible crash what will send me realing and yet . . . I continue to take on more activites and responsibility and remain haplessly committed to doing everything really super well beyond any reasonable person's expectations.
